EnTrust Realty Advisors represented ParkerGale Capital, a private equity firm that buys profitable technology companies, in the leasing of 6,146 SF at 900 West Randolph (900 West), a new Tucker Development Corporation mixed-use development located in Chicago’s West Fulton submarket. ParkerGale outgrew their current space at the tech-incubator 1871 and engaged EnTrust Realty Advisors to identify and negotiate a lease for their new headquarters space.
EnTrust identified the top floor of 900 West which includes direct access to the roof top terrace as the perfect location for ParkerGale’s new offices due to the great views of the neighborhood and close proximity to the award-winning restaurants such as Next, Girl & the Goat, Nellcote, and Au Cheval.
