EnTrust secured the disposition of one of the nation’s largest industrial facilities – an 835,000 SF suburban Cincinnati distribution facility net leased by Thomson Learning, Inc. – to a Florida-based private investment group. The transaction included a pre-sale agreement for up to a 465,000 SF expansion of the premises.
