EnTrust arranged the sale/leaseback of this 3-building, 102,700 RSF off-campus medical office portfolio in suburban Chicago. The properties are 100% leased to Barrington Orthopedic Specialists, one of the leading orthopedic groups in the Chicago area, on long-term net leases. EnTrust assisted the buyer, a national private capital group, in sourcing, underwriting, and structuring this transaction.
