EnTrust completed the disposition of a 83,600 rentable square foot light manufacturing industrial facility in Carol Stream, IL. The building is 100 percent occupied by Davies Molding, LLC, a division of Pettibone, LLC, (an affiliate of The Heico Companies). The property was purchased by Oakbrook, IL based, CenterPoint Properties.
