EnTrust Realty Advisors partnered with CBRE and JLL in the renewal of two high-tech client leases including 63,888 SF at 200 E Randolph Street in Chicago, and 29,007 SF at 3025 Highland Parkway, a Class A office complex in Downers Grove, Illinois.
EnTrust was engaged, along with CBRE and JLL, to evaluate multiple locations throughout Chicago’s Loop and Fulton Market sub-markets; and west-suburban Downers Grove and Oak Brook markets. Ultimately, the partners represented a high-tech client in renewing leases at its current locations and worked with landlords, James Campbell Company LLC and 601 W Companies LLC; and with Brickell 13 Chicago LLC to complete these transactions respectively.
