EnTrust Realty Advisors represented Northwestern Mutual – Chicago in the 10,733 SF renewal and expansion of its Oak Brook office located at Commerce Plaza, a Class A office complex. Northwestern Mutual – Chicago outgrew their existing footprint and engaged EnTrust to negotiate an early renewal and expansion of their space to accommodate their growth needs.
Due to the property sale during lease negotiations, EnTrust worked with two different landlords, Blackstone and Zeller Realty Group in order to complete the lease transaction which included favorable concessions such as rent abatement and tenant improvement allowance for their existing and expansion premises.
