EnTrust represented Northwestern Mutual – Chicago in the relocation and expansion of its Deerfield office to Corporate 500, a class A office complex located at 500 Lake Cook Road. Northwestern Mutual outgrew its existing footprint and engaged EnTrust to find a new location, to accommodate its growth and workplace strategy. EnTrust identified the best location and negotiated lease terms, securing favorable concessions, including rent abatement and a tenant improvement allowance for the build-out of its brand new office space.
