Superior Ambulance, the largest independent, locally-owned and operated emergency medical services provider, selected this location to centralize the deployment of their ambulances and increase operational efficiencies by consolidating multiple stations to this one location. The EnTrust team negotiated a long-term lease meeting the operational and growth needs of Superior and helping to fulfill the vision and mission of the IMD. In addition, EnTrust is providing construction advisory services for the completion of renovations and tenant improvements.
The Illinois Medical District (IMD) is a 365/24/7 environment that includes 560 acres of medical research facilities, labs, a biotech business incubator, two universities, 4 hospitals and more than 40 healthcare related facilities.
