EnTrust Realty Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of a medical office portfolio located in Aurora, IL to a local private investor. The two-building portfolio consists of 54,000 RSF and is located on two major hospital campuses: Rush-Copley Medical Center and AMITA Health Mercy Medical. The fee-simple buildings are 93% leased and 86% anchored by Rush-Copley on long-term leases. These MOB’s house multiple specialties with a focus on cardiology and orthopedic care.
EnTrust previously negotiated long-term leases with Rush-Copley at both properties positioning the portfolio to maximize value on behalf of ownership. This is another example of how EnTrust develops transaction structures that generate win-win solutions for all parties involved.
