With the guidance of EnTrust’s Tenant Advisory team, the Business Leadership Council renewed its lease at 230 W. Monroe in the Loop.
We were able to negotiate a lease amendment that positively influenced the company’s current location. We also ensured a refreshed office space to more accurately reflect the Business Leadership Council’s mission and culture without disrupting the current day-to-day operations.
